We offer lion trims which are easy to maintain between grooming appointments. If your cat (or you!) dislikes the process of combing and brushing, the lion cut could be a nifty solution to your problem. We remove matted fur, which improves comfort and also helps reduce hairballs. We schedule during quiet times to ensure your cat has a positive experience.
Service includes nail trim, ear cleaning, and lion clip.
If you are not interested in a full lion clip, we also offer nail trimming, ear cleaning, brush outs and spot dematting.
Lion Clip $120
Brush out/nail trim $65
Additional charges may apply based on condition of coat.
Nail trim $25
We do not offer cat baths.
Dog Grooming
We wash each pet with shampoo and deep conditioner. All the shampoos and conditioners we use are pH-balanced and made specifically for pets. We also use a gentle tearless shampoo when washing your pet's face, to protect their eyes while getting their face squeaky clean.
The drying process begins with a soft towel, wiping excess water from your pet’s face and body. Each pet is carefully dried using the best method for safety and comfort. We will use either a soft fluff dryer or velocity dryer depending on your pets breed and needs.
To finish your pet's grooming experience they will receive a brush-out, tailored haircut, nail trim and grind , ear cleaning & all the finishing touches to get them ready for pickup.

Our Staff
Veronica
Owner/Groomer
Veronica has loved animals as long as she can remember. It was hard to choose a straight career path. She has an interest in marine animals, exotic and companion animals. While attending Worcester State University, Veronica started her animal career at PetSmart, caring for their fish and small critters and made her way into their grooming salon. She was trained as a bather/brusher and soon after attended their academy to become a pet stylist. Veronica is not only a dog groomer, she also grooms cats! While she enjoys various breeds, her two favorites to groom are Standard Poodles and Shih-Tzus.
Veronica loved making her pets look their best and wanted to branch out and help them in a different way, so she joined the veterinary community. For the last 10 years, she simultaneously managed multiple veterinary hospitals, focusing on creating great teams to deliver the best care to pets, and she continued grooming on the weekends. Veronica has learned so much about proper pet care in terms health, but also in the terms of hygiene. She is super excited to be able to use her training and knowledge and create a salon environment that encompasses it all. She has adopted a lot of best practices along the way to better serve her pets an clients.
In her spare time she enjoys crafting with her Cricut, working out, playing pool, and spending time with her cat Cairo and new puppy Penelope. (Scroll further for Penelope's profile)
Elijah
Groomer
Elijah has been grooming for over 10 years. During his career, he ventured into different fields and working in flooring and granite shops. This helped him realize that grooming was his passion, and he quickly made his way back to what he truly enjoys. While he enjoys grooming all pets, his favorite breed to trim is the golden retriever. Elijah has a calming genuine nature, allowing him to build strong connections with pets and their people. In his spare time, he spends time with his two children, Ryan and Raelynn and his chonnnky cat named Pookie! He also enjoys playing video games, cooking, working on his car and fishing.
Samantha
Groomer
Sam started her grooming career in 2014 with petco and continued on with them for almost 9 years. Grooming was never something she saw herself doing, but now she couldn’t see herself doing anything else. She really enjoys helping the dogs to feel and look good, and loves seeing how happy their parents are to see them at pickup.
She is an animal lover of all kinds; having a Pomeranian, a hamster and 5 tarantulas. Outside of work she enjoys going for walks in the woods with her dog, coloring, playing video games and singing along to her favorite music.
Kaley
Bather/Grooming Apprentice
Kaley has been working with animals for over 7 years. She started working at a doggie daycare throughout college at Salem State University where earned her bachelors in Business Administration. She then joined PetSmart as a bather, providing baths, brush outs and nail trims to short haired breeds. She transitioned into veterinary medicine and has been a veterinary technician and bather for the last 6 years. Not only can she help your pet look and feel great, she is also extra attentive to pets with health concerns. She is looking forward to training further in grooming next year to provide more services and haircuts to our clients. Outside of work, Kaley spends time with her adorable cat Gertrude, hangs with friends and family, and enjoys all the things her city of Salem has to offer. She is also pretty good at darts!
Penelope
Salon Manager
Penelope is Veronica's personal assistant and salon manager. She is a Standard Poodle and was born July 6th 2022. She has been in role for about a year. Her favorite part of the day is greeting all of our furry salon guests. She enjoys pets more than our human guests, so please do not take offense if she barks at you, she would just prefer to play with your dog. She has been a huge help with new pets and puppy visitors, offering them some play time to make the process exciting for them. When she is not at the salon, she attends training classes, goes for hikes with her mom Veronica, plays with lots of fluffy squeaky toys, and chases her brother cat Cairo (he loves it).
